SWG: Motion by VanSickle, seconded by Lambert, to approve the offering of an Early Retirement incentive at the end of the 2022-2023 school year. This offer will be extended to teachers that teach 7th through 12th grades. There will be a cap of 4 applications, but the board reserves the right to accept more. The offer will include a payout of 30% of the teachers 2022- 2023 salary and an additional $50 per accumulated sick day, not to exceed 120 days. The same package will be offered at the end of the 2023-2024 school year to teachers that teach PK-6th grade as well as specials teachers.
