Gowrie--  The JV Boys for SV Basketball earned a 60-28 win over Pocahontas Area Community here Tuesday, January 27th, The young Jaguars won all four quarters of the ball game, with the 2nd half being the big difference in the contest. The Jaguars outscored PAC 31-7 in the second half.  

All JV members for SV scored, led by Dawson Tuel with his 11 points (matching his now updated Varsity numbered jersey), a team high 9 rebounds, and 4 assists. Landon Vote shot 4/6 from the floor, finishing with 9 points and 5 assists. Declan McGuire and Carver Peterson both scored 8 points in the win. Carver P. also recorded 2 assists and 2 blocked shots. Caden Cramer chipped in with 7 points and 7 rebounds. Jacob Paterson and Conner Rentz added 6 points, with Patreson contributing with 5 rebounds and Rentz adding another 3 steals in the game. Spencer Peterson added 2 points, 2 rebounds, 2 assists, and 2 steals. Ben Wanat scored 2 points and collected 3 rebounds. Colby Peterson rounded out the scoring with one point, one assist, and one steal.
