The JV Boys' basketball team for Southeast Valley travelled to Lake City on Monday, January 27th and faced the Titans of South Central Calhoun on the hardwood. After a relatively slow start and some minor foul trouble, the Jaguars put together a solid 2nd half and came home with a 58-26 win. The 3rd quarter offensive output nearly matched the amount of points the Jaguars had total in the first half, outscoring the Titans 21-8 in the third.  

Cornell Lowery and Byrce Harrison each had a game-high 14 points, each shooting 7 for 10 from the floor. Harrison also secured a team high 7 rebounds and had 5 steals on the evening. Ian Brunner contributed with 8 points in the paint and collected 4 rebounds in the game. Nick Field added 6 points and 5 total rebounds. The trio consisting of Ethan Tucker, Lincoln Akins, and Karson Roper all chipped in with 4 points scored in the contest. Tucker and Akins both contributed offensively adding 3 assists, with Akins also matching Harrison with a game high 5 steals defensively. Hayden Greene added 2 points, 3 rebounds, and one blocked shot. Declan McGuire and Kolton Ollinger each scored 1 point from the free throw line. Hayden Butrick added 3 rebounds.
