The JV team played in Pocahontas on Tuesday, January 28th, earning a 56-22 road win and improved their record to 14-0.  

Lincoln Akins gave the JV team the spark they needed after trailing by 3 points after the opening quarter, and a well rounded scoring attack helped the Jaguars close out on a 45-8 run the final three quarters of action. Akins scored 12 of his game-high 15 points in the 2nd quarter and helped the Jaguars go from trailing by 3 to up 15 at the half time intermission. The Jaguars outscored PAC 20-2 in the 2nd quarter.  

Nick Field and Byrce Harrison also reached double figures, scoring 11 and 10 points respectively. Ian Brunner added 6 points and 3 rebounds. Karson Roper and Cornell Lowery each scored 4 points, with Roper adding 3 assists and 2 steals. Both Field and Lowery secured 4 rebounds on the night. Hayden Greene also scored 4 points and had 3 rebounds in the game. Ethan Tucker rounded out the Jaguar scoring with 2 points. Hayden Butrick led the team in assists with 5 total. Declan McGuire earned one steal in the win.
