JVR Travel to Lake City

Southeast Valley JVR boys basketball team hit the road to face South Central Calhoun, Monday, January 22nd. The Jaguars fought hard, but dropped the contest to the Titans 39-45. The JVR Jaguars now hold a record of 3-6.

Scoring for the Jags were Hayden Butrick-24, Declan McGuire-6, Jaxon Meyer-5, Alex Lambert-2, Hayden Greene-2.

JVR Boys face Algona 

The Southeast Valley Boys JVR Basketball team traveled north to compete against Algona, Thursday January 25th. The Jaguars beat the Bulldogs in the first contest 46-41, and fell short in the extra two quarters 8-12. The young Jaguars currently hold a record of 4-6.

Scoring for the Jags in the first game were Hayden Greene-11, Declan McGuire-10, Jaxon Meyer-9, Hayden Butrick-8, Alex Lambert-5, Ethan Bird-2, Ethan Tucker-1.

Scoring for the Jags in the extra quarters were Kegan VanGilder-5 and Hayden Butrick-3.
