Activity Pass Policy

The District offers activity passes for admission to eligible school-sponsored activities and events during the school year. Activity passes are subject to the following rates and eligibility requirements:

Family Activity Pass $225

Adult Activity Pass $150

Senior Citizen Activity Pass $100

Family Activity Pass

A Family Activity Pass is intended for members of a single immediate household and includes:

• Parent(s) or legal guardian(s) residing in the household.
• Dependent children under the age of 18.
• Children age 18 or older who are still enrolled as students in high school.

A student who has graduated from high school is no longer considered a student for purposes of the Family Activity Pass and is not covered under the family pass, regardless of age or whether the individual continues to reside in the household.

The Family Activity Pass does not include adult extended-family members or other individuals who are not part of the immediate household. This includes, but is not limited to, grandparents, adult siblings, aunts, uncles, cousins, or other relatives.

Individuals who do not meet the eligibility requirements for the Family Activity Pass must purchase the appropriate individual activity pass or pay the applicable admission fee.

General Provisions

Activity passes are issued only to the individual(s) for whom they were purchased and may not be transferred or shared with individuals who are not eligible under the pass.

Activity passes are valid only for events for which the District controls admission. Passes may not be accepted for postseason tournament contests, state-sponsored events, conference events, special events, or other activities for which admission prices and pass eligibility are established by an outside organization.

The District reserves the right to verify eligibility for any activity pass and to revoke a pass that is used by or transferred to an unauthorized individual.
