June 15
SV Jaguars Fall to Pocahontas 15-6
The SV Jaguars battled hard but came up short against Pocahontas, falling 15-6 on June 15.
Despite the loss, the Jaguars showed resilience at the plate, collecting several hits and finding ways to manufacture runs throughout the game. The offense continued to compete from the first inning to the last, with multiple players reaching base and helping drive in runs.
Defensively, the Jaguars continued to battle against a strong Pocahontas lineup. The team made several key plays in the field and worked through tough situations to record important outs.
The Jaguars never stopped competing and continued to put pressure on Pocahontas throughout the game. Their effort and determination were evident as they fought to stay in the contest and looked for opportunities to rally.
While the final score didn’t fall in their favor, the Jaguars gained valuable experience and will look to build on the positives from both their offensive production and defensive effort as the season continues.

Eagle Grove Defeats SV Jaguars 12-6 Despite Strong Offensive Effort
The SV Jaguars battled throughout the game but fell to Eagle Grove by a score of 12-6.
The Jaguars showed plenty of fight at the plate, collecting several key hits and putting together multiple scoring opportunities. Their offense stayed aggressive and continued to pressure Eagle Grove throughout the contest.
Leading the way offensively was Jocelyn Wheeling, who reached base multiple times and scored runs to help spark the Jaguars’ attack. Aubree Richardson delivered a strong performance at the plate, collecting a hit and driving in runs during key moments. Kaylee Hicks also contributed offensively with a hit and an RBI, while Lauren Bintz added a base hit and helped keep rallies alive.
The Jaguars continued to battle even after falling behind, stringing together quality at-bats and showing determination throughout the game. Defensively, the team worked hard in the field and made several routine plays to keep Eagle Grove from extending innings.
Although the final score favored Eagle Grove, the Jaguars displayed resilience and offensive production that they can build on moving forward. The team’s ability to put six runs on the board and receive contributions throughout the lineup was a positive takeaway as they continue their season.

SV Jaguars Hold Off East Sac for 10-7 Victory
The SV Jaguars earned a hard-fought 10-7 win over East Sac on June 17, using timely hitting and strong determination to secure the victory.
The Jaguars came out swinging early and consistently put pressure on the East Sac defense. Contributions came throughout the lineup as SV tallied runs in multiple innings and capitalized on scoring opportunities.
Dani Bethel contributed with a pair of hits and scored runs, while Devon Olson added key offense with multiple hits and RBIs. Molly VanSickle chipped in with a hit and drove in a run, and Kaylee Hicks collected a hit while helping keep rallies alive.
Defensively, SV made the plays they needed when East Sac threatened late. The Jaguars stayed composed in the field and recorded key outs to preserve the lead despite a late push from East Sac.
The balanced offensive attack and strong team defense proved to be the difference as the Jaguars secured the 10-7 victory. The win showcased the team’s ability to battle through adversity and receive contributions from up and down the lineup.
