On December 2nd, the Southeast Valley junior high girls basketball team hosted the Bulldogs of Ogden. The 7th grade got the night started with a thrilling 16-14 victory. The teams were tied at half 4-4, then the Jags defense went to work and held on for the win. The Jags were led in scoring by Reagan Cramer’s 12 points. Taylor Carlson contributed 4 points for the Jags.

In the 8th grade game, the Jags used full court pressure to subdue the Bulldogs by a final of 30-18. The Jags had a balance of scoring coming from Kaylee Hicks with 12 points, Aubree Richardson’s 8 points, Tana Harrison’s 6 points and Kelsey Hayes chipping in with 4 points.   

Congrats on 2 great wins Jags!! The Jags will next be in action Monday, December 8th when they face the Cougars of Manson-Northwest Webster. Keep up the good work Jags.
