The SV Jaguars traveled to Lytton on June 10 and came away with a pair of victories over the SCC Titans despite some weather. The first game was played through periods of light rain, with the wind becoming a factor as the afternoon progressed.

In the 7th grade contest, the Jaguars earned a 10-3 victory behind a strong pitching performance from Hudson Ulicki. Tripp Roper came on to close out the game, working a complete inning in relief. At the plate, Cam Johnson, Jaxson Halsrud, and Canton Richardson each turned in solid performances to help power the SV offense.

The 8th grade Jaguars followed with a 7-0 shutout win. Tristan Hanson delivered an excellent start on the mound, while Griffin Vote and Jaxon VanCannon contributed in relief to preserve the shutout. Behind the pitching, the Jaguar defense also made great plays, with a 6-4-3 double play being recorded and a great snag for an out by VanCannon just behind the mound to the first base side. Wyatt Muench also recorded a few assists behind home plate. Offensively, Jax Hindt, Reece Carlson and Bennett Nolte paced the Jaguars with multiple hits in the game.
