On an absolutely perfect spring day, the SV Jaguars Boys' Golf team had their Twin Lakes Conference Golf Tournament on Monday, May 5th. The 12 team tournament was played up near Storm Lake, and played at Lake Creek Country Club- home to Buena Vista University. A total of 68 golfers competed in the contest.  

For SV, Will Comp earned a medal for being in the top 15 of individual scoring, shooting an 84 on his 18-hole round. Hayden Butrick carded a 90, while Karson Roper and Brady Hanson each shot 93 on the day. Dawson Tuel had 108, and Drew Temple a 113. SV shot a 360 team score, placing 8th overall.

Winning the conference tournament was SCC with a very impressive 321, led by Caleb Gaffney's first place score of 75 (three over par).

GTRA 350, Newell-Fonda 357, SV 360, Sioux Central 371, Pocahontas Area 372, Manson Northwest Webster 380, Storm Lake St. Mary's N/A.

SV looks to bounce back on Friday, where they will conclude the regular season schedule with one more TLC quad. They will be competing with Sioux Central, Newell-Fonda, and SCC at Little Sioux Golf & Country Club in Sioux Rapids.
