Jag Volleyball Tops Panthers

Storm Lake, IA ~ The Jaguar volleyball team traveled to Storm Lake to take on the Panthers of St. Mary’s Tuesday night. The varsity won in three by the scores of 25-16, 25-19, and 25-15. Highlights for the night was Liberty Suchan with 17 assists 5.7 per set. Lizzie Thompson led with kills averaging 3.7/set. Kinslie Nolte had a block. Madelyn Farley led the team with 9 saves and Riley Carlson led the team with ace serves. The team had 9.3 kills per set compared to St. Mary’s 5.0. The team served at 91.7% and had 17 ace serves for the night. The team is 9-3 overall and 4-2 in conference play.


JV Wins in Two

The junior varsity team started the evening and defeated the Panthers by the scores of 25-13 and 25-16. Perfect behind the serving line was Mae Searcy, Trinity Anderson, and Mylee Swanson. The team had 20 ace serves. Goldie Davis led the team with five kills. Trinity Anderson and Addie Larson each had four kills. Sage Lane had three kills while Mae Searcy had two. The team is 11-6 overall.
