The Southeast Valley football Team finishes the regular season with a 35-0 loss over ranked #6 OABCIG.

OABCIG from the start was ready to play football and the Jags were not and you could tell that from the very start of the game.

To sum things up the Jags had a very rough night with 9 penalties for 75 yards which ruined so many drives, 1 fumble and 1 Interception. They missed big opportunities with bad blocking, bad throws and drops. This just was not what the offense looked like this season and that asked a lot out of the defense who played some very good ball at times but when you give the other team 61 offense plays you are in trouble and that is what we did over and over.

Bottom line this was not our night and we need to move on right away because regular season is over.

The Jags finished the regular season 5-3 and did qualify for the State Playoffs. Even though the Jags lost 3 games they played some very good football this season and their 3 losses were to Ranked #1 Kuemper, Ranked #4 Spirit Lake and Ranked #6 OABCIG and all three tied for the District Championship. So it's very hard to get upset when you play ranked teams in 3 of the last 4 games.

So we start a new season but it will not get any easier as we will be playing another ranked team in the 1st round of the playoffs.
