Jaguars Defeat Rockets

Churdan- The 8th Grade Boys hit the road again and came away with a 58-29 victory over Paton-Churdan. The Jags got things going early and held a 18-4 lead at the end of the first quarter. The offense was really clicking and solid rebounding for the Jaguars allowed them to take a 41-8 lead into the halftime break. Nine different Jags scored in the first half of the game. This team is very unselfish and passes up the floor well to the open man. They box out on defense and outlet the ball and get into the offense very well. We talked about getting into different rotations and getting opportunities for everyone on the floor. The Jags kept playing hard and maintained a 53-16 advantage after three quarters. At the final horn the Jags ended with a 58-29 victory over the Rockets. Scoring for the Jaguars include: Bennett Nolte (7), Grant Peterson (5), Griffin Vote (4), Nicholas Vogel (2), Reece Carlson (5), Tristan Hanson (9), Wyatt Muench (14), Grant Ott (6), and Jax Hindt (8). Also Contributing for the Jaguars include: Brock Peterson, Avery Waugh, Dallas Brandel, Bryson Christian, Nolan Albright, and Corbin Eslick. The Jaguars will be back in action on November 25th in Burnside against Madrid.
