The Southeast Valley Jaguars kicked off the baseball season for 2026, on May 26, with a JV-R game at Roland-Story. The Jaguars dropped the opener 3-0 in a 4 inning game. The team played well for a season opener against a very good Norsemen team.

The 2026 JV-R team is primarily made of Freshmen, with 7 on the squad. Three Sophomores and 1 Junior round out the roster.

Caden Cramer highlighted the offensive attack for the Jaguars with a walk and a double. Ethan Martin and Jackson Bintz each added hits.

On the mound for the Jaguars, Landon Vote started and pitched an inning without allowing a run. In relief, Cramer gave up 1 run, and Colton Bachel gave up 2.
